Why Coaching? Why Now?
Do you want to take your career into your own hands, go after what is really important to you and achieve the kind of success you dream about? Working with a Coach can help you through this process.
I help actors, directors, playwrights, designers, producers, administrators and others define their goals and set up plans for achieving them. As a practical person, I am interested in seeing you go from where you are to where you want to be in the quickest, most effective way.
By looking at your vision for the future, we can create strategies that will set you on the road to achieving your goals. Career Coaching is an alliance between you and your Coach. The responsibility for making changes in your life rests with you, but your Coach can help you formulate a plan that makes sense for you and then keep you accountable for achieving it.
How It Works
I meet with clients for INDIVIDUAL COACHING or GROUP COACHING. You meet with your Coach weekly, three out of every four weeks per month. During these sessions you and your Coach develop workable strategies toward achieving your goals. In between sessions, you work on the action plan you set forth and agree to follow.
When To Start
When you decide to make your life better and your career stronger, you should start coaching.
“Thank you so much for the amazing work you do. You are so gifted at helping me to step back from the stresses of the career and focus on the art at hand — and my place in that art. I cannot thank you enough for everything you do to put this crazy career (and life) into perspective.” — Jonathan Silverstein
INDIVIDUAL COACHING is usually done over the phone. Free introductory sessions are available and can be arranged at your convenience.
